USING ECOLOGICAL SITE DESCRIPTIONS AS A DECISION MAKING TOOL WORKSHOP

Purpose: To enhance foundational knowledge, skills and understanding of ecological site concepts, classification and description; state-and-transition modeling and interpretations; and uses and application by agencies, land managers, conservation partners and consultants.


A number of presentations were given during the 4-day ESD Workshop at the 2012 SRM Annual Meeting in Spokane, WA. The amount of information included in these slides will be of use to all of those who were in attendance as they seek to take the skills attained back to their respected offices.
